A note from the CTK Café

Welcome back students!!!  Welcome new families!!!

The CTK Café is looking forward to serving your children.  We serve hot lunch everyday.   Hot lunch will start on Monday, August 24, 2009.  Lunch order forms will be available on registration day, August 3, 2009.  All forms are due back to the cafeteria by no later than August 19, 2009.  Forms will also be available on the CTK website.  Please make sure the child(s) name and teacher is on every form.

Please attach payment to order forms to ensure proper credit.  Mark an “X” on the day or days you do not wish to order.  If your child is served a hot lunch and an order has not been placed, an IOU slip will be filled out and payment must be made to the cafeteria at the end of the week.  All unpaid IOUs will be sent to the front office after that time.  Please help us out by returning lunch order forms on time.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

When a student is absent, a credit slip will be sent home when new hot lunch forms are sent out.  These credits can only be used when attached to hot lunch order forms.  A child can not bring it in the lunch line unless an order has been placed.  We watch the food ordering closely due to our budget.  Thank you again!!!

Volunteers are needed to help serve EVERYDAY!!!!! Work hours are 10:30 through 1:30.  Working in the Café is a great way to get service hours in!!!!  We give you lunch for the day and you get to see your child at lunch.  They love that!!!!!  Please contact the Café or sign up on list posted throughout the school.  Your help is a blessing!!!!

Milk tickets may be purchased for all students at any time.  The charge is $10.00 for 20 milks.  All hot lunch specials come with one milk. If additional milk is needed, they may use their milk card.  Payments should be sent to the office for both elementary & middle school.
