School Excellence:

Continue to support development of CTK High School
Continue to offer CHARACTER COUNTS in all classrooms
Support school sponsored extracurricular activities of all Students
Offer support in all academic areas of CTK education

Teacher Support & Appreciation:

Facilitate Teacher appreciation events (annual dinner, luncheons, birthdays, etc.)
Provide Teacher stipends at the beginning of the school year for supplies
Continue to promote underwriting for Teacher and Student initiatives that promote academic and Student leadership development
Implement as many Teacher/Student/Parent suggestions as possible
Support ways to maximize our Teacher participation in NCEA

Parent Pride:

Expand Parent participation in H & S activities
Help Parents feel “connected” to CTK through communications, social events and General Membership meetings
Focus on volunteer (service) hours and monitor, report and recognize Parents
Continue to publish Monthly Messenger newsletter while seeking other ways to enhance Parent communication

Fundraising:

Facilitate Fundraising events to provides the capital for CTK school development and school sponsored activities
Increase Parent participation in all areas of fundraising
Develop additional revenue opportunities
Increase parent awareness of H&S’s contributions to CTK through communicating the budget, finances and underwriting efforts.
