Financial Aid

About Financial Aid

Limited financial aid for Kindergarten through high school students is available for qualifying school families. Recipients of financial aid are chosen based on need as determined by a financial analysis conducted by a third-party company, FACTS Tuition Management. Applications are accepted in the spring of each school year for the upcoming school year. Students must be pre-enrolled for the upcoming school year to be considered for financial aid. Those applying for financial aid after published deadlines will be considered for financial aid if funds are still available.

School Financial Aid Program

FACTS Tuition Management conducts a grant & aid assessment to analyze the financial need for Christ the King Schools families each spring for the upcoming school year. Families applying for financial aid must complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment each year. Once on the FACTS website, follow the instructions for signing into the FACTS system.

ACE Scholarships is a non-profit organization that raises money from donors to award financial scholarships towards students from low-income families so they can attend the school of their choice.  To qualify for an ACE scholarship, a family must meet certain income requirements.

To begin the ACE Scholarship application, visit the ACE FACTS page using the button below.  This page is specific for applicants from Texas schools.  You can review the chart on this page to determine if your family meets the financial eligibility guidelines before applying.  You must login from this ACE Scholarship page to start and complete their separate online application process.  You will need to use the same user name & password that you use to login to your FACTS account though it is on a different launch page.

Please note: there is a one-time non-refundable processing fee of $40.00 that is charged by FACTS to cover the administration of your financial aid applications.

Both applications must be completed by submitting all required information and documentation in the FACTS system no later than Monday, 4/15/24, at 11:59pm for consideration.  Students must be pre-enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year before being considered for financial aid program.
